<DIV>Ok, my main goal with my swashy is to win duels and do large dps with what it can do. I noticed alot of ppl going Wis AA line would Sta AA line with the DPS buff at 8 do more damage then the double attack at 8? I do solo and grp alot thats why I was thinking of Sta line for the shield and hp benefits. Eventually when its higher he will be raiding labs and death toll so what are your suggestions.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>On another note as to my post about Ruthless Cunning before... Since the update no jewlers are able to make it, whether or not this will be fix im not sure. I found an A3 version on the broker for 2plat and quickly bought it. Dont think its that bad of a price considering it wont get upgraded.</DIV>

Double attack of 76% is basically equal to DPS of 76%. The difference is that in a group with a DPS buffer, or when you use your temp DPS buffs, your DPS will cap at 100%. This is great for the double attacking rogue cause they have 100% on top of the 176% they already had (this is assuming DPS buffs increase damage of a swing, I am not sure exactly how they work). This is a huge increase in damage while the board wielding rogue is only at double of original damage. The board wieldign rogue gets a taunt and good defensive abilities. The Wis rogue has an increase in parry/riposte and another defensive bonus if you get last tier ability. Basically, the wis defensive bonuses are like carrying a handcrafted shield, not bad.As for raiding, well, the wis line is just superior unless you are planning on tanking. Really any group where you arent' MT the wis line is better.Hope that helps you make your decision.<div></div>

honestly if your dead set on dual wielding which some folks are, i would go str/agi str 4 4 4 8 8 and agi 4 4 4 8and toss the spare point somewheredoign this i would recomend having a either a sword or rapier in primary hand cause of torprous strike or walk the plank, persnoally walk the plank may be better so go rapier.other than that feel free to shot me a tell in game to talk AAs /tell antonia_bayle.coel<div></div>

<DIV>Im not so set on Dual Wielding, I meant Duels as in PvP. I mean yeah Dual Wielding looks cool but if i can parse and do better with single then of course thats top priority. Im using the Wis line atm only being level 50 I dont have many AA's just hit point 15 I believe.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>However I have a new question for AA's is the Str final ability 50% recast very useful? It seems it would do good in Duels and what not and against mobs. But im not sure. The AA line i plan on doing is</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Wis - 4 4 4 8 8</DIV> <DIV>Str - 4 4 5 8 0</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For DPS and duels it seems the best logical line to use.</DIV>

yes that aa selection will prolly help you wein duels with bonuses to attack and defense from coule, double attack, bonus to def and crit from blackguard.<div></div>
