New Swash got a few questions:)

my swash just hit 19 and just had some questions1. i heard something about a level 20 armor quests all classes can do, im in qeynos who starts this quest?2. is there a vendor that sells level 20 poisons?3. I read about power leech poison.. is that only higher levels? so far ive only found damage and mitigation poisons but none of the 3rd kind4. any quests for a good level 20 dual wield weapon? im still using 7.5 daggersthats all for now.. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>
