<DIV>Devious Blade spell info says: </DIV> <DIV><BR>Top section text info about spell:</DIV> <DIV><BR>"An attack that enrages the target, causing the next person it attacks to generate much more hate for a short duration." <BR></DIV> <DIV>Bottom section text info about spell:</DIV> <DIV><BR>"On a successful melee attack, this spell will cast Blamed on target of the attack. Lasts for 10 seconds. Increases Hate Gain of target by 30%."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Basically, I read these statements to mean that: "The next person (hopefully the MT) that the target (mob) attacks, will get 30% hate increase for 10 seconds." </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>OR</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The next person who attacks the mob, will get agro for 10 seconds with a 30% hate increase.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This discussion is going on over at my guild's forum, and we're picking apart Sonyese (aka Sonyspeak) on what this spell is supposed to do. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>They way I use this spell is the following: I wait for the pull, and then for the MT to spam the ATTACK NOW order in raid chat (~approx. 10 seconds into the encounter so he can get aggro). I start out being invis, then come out of hide with Brazening to do damage, knock down the mob, etc., and then I pop Devious Blade. If I'm reading the text of the spell properly, if the MT has secured the top spot on the mob's hate list, Devious Blade now adds another 30% to his hate for 10 seconds. Now, if someone gets trigger happy and ganks aggro from the MT, and the mob spins around to smack on the trigger happy person, and if I hit Devious Blade by mistake, the trigger happy person has just now picked up 30% more hate for 10 seconds. Odds are, trigger happy person will be dead. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by Oxie on <span class=date_text>06-05-2006</span> <span class=time_text>03:55 PM</span>
