Evasion question for solo play

Does nothing solo except advance HO.  Since you are only person on the hate list, it doesn't matter how much you decrease your threat, you will always be the highest. <div></div>

yea as posted above Evade is just a HO advancement option when soloing... when soloing you are the only one on the hate list, so no matter how often you evade, the mob is just gonna laugh and keep swingin.
