To answer this question, there are no "true" dual-wield Rapiers in T7 beyond Crafted.

The best Dual-Wield Rapiers currently known to the game are the Darkfury Sabre of Anuk (Prismatic 2.0, T6, technically Legendary), and the Desert Skewer (Fabled T6 from Terrorantula in Sinking Sands).

There is some speculation as to whether or not the Shortsword of Sorrow (technically a Shortsword but who knows what the Devs do sometimes) from T6, and the Oblivon's Edge (technically a Katana, but see prior comments) from T7 count as "Rapiers" or not. They definately do not appear to be Rapiers by any means.

While I can understand a Rapier also counting as a Sword, I cannot see something that is very obviously NOT a Rapier counting as a Rapier.

-Hadanelith Raswrolski, 70 Assassin of Kithicor
