Swashy Relic Armor

I have been browsing the forums, and I may have missed it, but has anyone got any screenies of some the the relic armor and maybe some hints on where and how to get it. I've been hearing alot and am curious. If this is already up maybe just a link to where I could find it. Thanks. <div></div>

it looks like the showy level 20 AQ armor, but intsead of red / grey it is black / white <div></div>
