Hurricane Adept III/Master I

<DIV>Since I hit 59 and the coin from KoS has been rolling in, I've been going on an Adept III spending spree.  However, was wondering what kind of % upgrade one gets on Hurricane from Adept I (38% chance I believe) to Adept III (or Master I for that matter).   Just trying to make sure the upgrade justifies the expense.  Thanks in advance.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Did a search on forum, and alls I'm getting is outdated info (e.g., Hurricane used to give 88% chance to aoe on autoattack!!!). </DIV>

The master 1 is really rare (although maybe not so much on PVP servers since more in that level range). Back in DoF, I passed on the few copies I saw go up on broker for 15+ pp because 6% just didn't seem worth it.  Ever since KoS and AA, I've been trying to hunt it down.  Finally yesterday(!) after about 2 months of checking both brokers and auctioning for it, lucked out on a copy (for 1 pp none the less). <div></div>
