Coin is all you can get from pick pocket, unless there was a ninja buff to the skill.

Would be nice if some group quests called for a Rogue to use their talents in pick pocketing to achieve an objective.

IMO pickpocket should have a chance to find a lot more than 6 silver. I think it should work the same as rare harvests. In other words, you have a good chance of getting 6-10 silver (like a normal harvestable), a slight chance of getting 2-10 gold (the same chance of getting an imbuing item), and an even slighter chance of pickpocketing 20-30 gold ( like harvesting a rare). I don't even use this skill because I find it pointless to make 6 silver off a mob that drops items that can sell to vendors for 10 gold...

It's the AA starter, like pickin' your nose... it is not supposed to be useful and you rarely find gold. :smileytongue:

As much as I'd like to see nice coin from a mob with pickpocket, i'd want to avoid calling undue attention to Rogues by other classes due to 'balance'.

On the other hand, the skill, as is, is entirely worthless - I have it off my toolbar. It is, without a doubt, one of the more worthless starter AAs. Compare to Warrior Bind Wounds, Cleric Yaulp, or even Brawler's speed increase.

I would suggest that either it get some use in quests (and give another reason for Rogues to be called upon), or the coin be upped to something a bit higher than 6-9 copper for level 39-40 mobs. 10 silver over a solid night of adventuring (assuming i remember to bother using this on each and every single mob), when I haul in 100 to 400x that amount (at least) in loot, is a bit silly :smileytongue:
