There's Hoo'Loh's Plumed Hat (black w/yellow feather), Dapper Hat of the Vault Raider (brown w/blue feather), Maelstrom Hat of Espionage (relic armor, black w/white feather), and the Scallywag's Plumed Hat (fabled, black w/green feather).
