As of April 13th. 27 67+ swashbucklers on Befallen. 20 67+ swashbucklers on Mistmoore. I've only seen the hat for sale once on the evil side. It wasn't worth 16 plat to me. The proc is cool but I never really had an agro problem in raids. I might pick one up someday if it was dirt cheap. The proc doesn't really obsolete. <div></div>
