Poison problem

<div>Just started happening to me today, im using lvl 40 legendary poison, when i apply it it doesnt appear as a buff on the top of my screen where my other self buffs are anymore, it does appear on the right  the timer says for 12 hours but the uses says 4! and the dmg is significantly reduced.</div><div> </div><div>Is this a known bug? a problem everyone is having or am i doing something wrong.</div><div> </div><div>i also tried applying it from both charm slots and my bag, same results every time.</div>

<div>nm i think i found the problem, person i get my poison from gave me the wrong stuff and it only has 4 uses, but still dont know why it wont show the buff icon on my self buffs.</div>

Could just be a UI issue.  I've noticed that if you have your mouse over a window (e.g. maintianed effects) and scroll up using your mouse middle scroll wheel, you can end up hiding your icons.  To get them back, just mouse over your window and scroll them back down.  Not sure if this happens with the default maintained spells window becuase my UI is modded.<div></div>
