<div>I noticed an odd thing yesterday... I can't stack more than 2 poisons. We used to be able to stack 3.</div><div> </div><div>When soloing, my new favorite poison is the life tap. I added STR debuff to that... then tried a stun poison and it wouldn't stick. Same with Stifle...</div><div> </div><div>Is that a stealth nerf?</div><div> </div><div>Anyone else over 60 having that problem/?</div>
You can still stack 3 poisons, but it works a bit differently. There's 3 colors of poisons, red, purple and cyan (blue), you can use 1 of each.Red is a damage poison, purple is a debuff and cyan can also be a debuff or a utility one.<div></div>

<div></div>I thought that too... which would have been nice... but it doesn't work that way. I can overwrite a blue poison with a yellow poison.

<div>I too am interested in knowing the poison stacking scheme. I've also noticed that they don't stack as described.</div>

<div></div><p>You can have three:Damage</p><p>Most Debuffs</p><p>Some Debuffs/Utility</p><p>Not sure about the color schemes or anything like that though.</p>
<div>What tier poisons were you trying to use? You probably shouldn't try and stack different tiered poisons right now as that system is in a state of flux. . .</div><div> </div><div>But with T7 you can do a blue, red and purple. Stick any other tier into that mix and god only knows what'll stack and what won't.</div>

<div>Yeah... T7 poisons and T6 poisons don't stack well I found... is there a T7 stun or stifle poison? Those are the ones I normally try to stack...</div><div> </div><div>I'll say this... the lifetap poison is THE poison of choice for soloing.</div>
This is all covered in other forums in other threads, but the short version is yes, there is a stun poison for T7. However, it is rare only, so break out your scintillating dust.EDIT:Common Poisons:<a target="_blank" href="http://oz.cx/eq2/kos-beta-poisons-20060219-1.jpg">Page 1</a><a target="_blank" href="http://oz.cx/eq2/kos-beta-poisons-20060219-2.jpg">Page 2</a>Rare Poisons:<a target="_blank" href="http://oz.cx/eq2/kos-beta-poisons-20060219-3.jpg">Page 3</a><a target="_blank" href="http://oz.cx/eq2/kos-beta-poisons-20060219-4.jpg">Page 4</a>Note: Those were accurate as of February 19th. <div>Given this information, it looks like there's a few possibilities for groups / raids / soloing:</div><div> </div><div>Soloing - vitality breach / stun / warding ebb or enfebbing</div><div> </div><div>Group - Hemotoxin or Caustic / stun / Warding Ebb</div><div> - against big named bosses use Mental Breach instead of Hemo/Caustic so you can keep spamming your CAs</div><div> </div><div>This lets you do extra damage, keep the mob stunned and debuff so you (and party members) can land their CAs. Against powerful boss mobs, you use the mental breach to keep your power up so you can spam our fast refrsh CAs</div><div> </div><div>Raid - Mental Breach / Ignorant Bliss / Warding Ebb</div><div> </div><div>Against raid mobs, you want to keep your power up for long fights, so use the mental breach. If you DO keep your power up, you're going to be spamming your CAs more and build more aggro...hence the Ignorant Bliss... and the Warding Ebb will increase the damage from the raids CAs against the mob.</div>

<div>love the vitality and mental breach poisons. just a note, when using the mental breach in a group, link the poison for the group to see, lest they think you a slacker :smileywink:</div>
