Hehehe i just thought i would bring this up hoping sony will read it and.......ya you know listen to it. Anywho to the main topic! I really think that swashys and some other classes should have different stances. Not stances that effect your stats, but stances that effect the way you look in combat. I am planning on going the Wisdom route with my swashy and i do not approve the way classes wield just one weapon. They need to add emphasis. Make a class different than other classes in combat. Anyways thats just a thought. Kinda pointless but just throwing it out there :smileywink:

our lvl 50 fluff spell is kinda like a "stance", its unique to swashies and blurs your weapons, not sure how it looks, have never actually picked it up. Time to visit the tree in EG

I finally got a new PC and can now run on Balanced performance rather than ultra-extreme-mud-men performance, and at last I can actually see what Weapon Blur does.

But you'd still be hard pressed to notice it if you weren't looking for it. Particularly as it has a cycle, fading in and out.

If you want to get an idea of what it does, swim underwater, open Options > Performance > Water and check the box for 'Underwater Distortion' -- you basically get that same rippling visual effect concentrated around your right hand.

Message Edited by overfloater on 03-02-200607:00 AM

Well the weapon blur isnt really what i meant. I mean like a new fighting like stance. Like they did to the monks and bruisers...if they used 2 fist weapons they went into a special stance unlike any other classes. I would like more classes to be like that.

That is just a stance for certain weapons that happen to be Monk and Bruiser exclusive. Bo Staff and Mage Staffs have different stances when being used. A couple other weapons do, it isn't a class specific thing, it is a weapon thing.

Indeed, you too can have that monk/bruiser stance ... if you unequip your weapons.

On a side note, some of our buffs have really odd animations if you cast them without weapons equipped.
