<div></div>This seems on part with T7 fabled gear, granted it's lvl 70 gear, but it's on par.  If I can find Legendary one-handers (Scalesplitter) with a 60'ish dmg rating off garbage named in the Sanctum of Scaleborn, then this is definately findable on T7 Raid mobs.
