<div></div>I thought I read that these are actually drops from tier 7 epic mobs?   I could be very wrong but I saw that posted somewhere.   Don't remember where now though.   Hope I am wrong to since I would love to get my hat

Not sure where it starts though, sorry.</span><div></div>

<div></div><p>There are more than that, I'm fairly sure. A mix of drops/quests.  Have yet to find anything related to them.  Though the Egg instance in Barren Sky, the final mob, drops legendary craft resources.  There's a quest there that gives recipes for one weapon and one armor item.  It's possible that the "helm" armor item might be a class quest, given the weapon and armor item recipes I got last night were definately class specific with fancy names.</p><p>The recipe books were grey to me but the recipes themselves are listed as 67th level.  Not sure if these are craftable by non-crafters.  Sadly the books are no-trade, so we couldn't "stack" our highest level crafter with all the recipes.</p>

<div></div>Super Mario is exactly right, fly down tot he Isle of Discord, climb the chain, one or two careful jumps and you can get there.Hoolak is the NPC name, here's what I have so far:***********************WARNING: SPOILER TO FOLLOW*********************************1. Talk to Hool'oh,  he asks for help defending him.2. Kill a random number of strifewings ithe area (64-66 lvl solo mobs) for the update.3. Talk to Hool'ohAgain he wants a scroll.4. This scroll is off the scroll-bearer, it's a strife wing named mob, spawns in the strifewing camp above hooloh.  (The way up is to the north west, semi-hidden ramp, think giants/cyclops in PoF)5. Hooloh now needs to get more information after talking to him and needs another scroll.6. The scroll can be found in the Qeynos Mage Tower (Good), in the yellow portal near the sage.  Or the Freeport mage tower (evil) (not sure where)7. Talk to Hool'ohand he asks to see the great Egg. (Note to proceed you will need Aviak language)8. Enter the Nest of the Great Egg.. you must complete the instance and kill the final encounter.  then find Hool'oh (at the entrance) and escort him to the Egg.9. Talk to Hool'oh again, he now needs blood from various creatures.10. Need the following:a. Blood from Scaleborn Warriors (Group mobs, 58th lvl, Tenebrous Tangle)b. B loodscale blood from Bloodscale dreadknights (Not sure where these are)c. Doomwing Blood from Doomwing Skarize centurions (I believe these are in the Bonemire)d. Perfect Ooze Specimen from a Formless Abomination (not sure where these are)e. The blood of Sothis (he's a big dragon, not sure where he is though, possibly an instance in Bonemire, not sure if he's heroic or epic)I'm stuck at this part, not sure where to get the bloods, especially from Sothis.  Any help from fellow swashies would be great.  The first 6 or 7 steps are doable in a few hours work assuming you can finish the Nest of the Great Egg instance.EDIT: Forgot the scroll-bearer part<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div><p>Message Edited by Syrano on <span class="date_text">02-26-2006</span><span class="time_text">05:28 PM</span></p>

<div></div>For the step 4 Syrano, you did the quest? Because in my journal they say I need to get a scroll, yes, but who's in the Windgazer's Hideout. And there's someone who's roaming the camp and he have the name of the scroll I need.. I didn't kill him tho because no one wanted to help me T_T

Whoops forgot that part, he's in the strifewing camp above Hooloh.  The entrance is a bit hidden.  He wanders at the top in the back.  He's a group mob, level 65/66 ^^^.I've also heard that Sothis is a level 72^^^ heroic mob in the Halls of Fate. The Dreadknights needed for the last stop are in Vaults of El'arad<div></div>

<div>The scaleborn warriors MUST be killed in the Temple of Scalebourne at this time. The ones in TT do not update quest.  It also takes about 50 to get the update and in that zone its a huge pain.  Will update when other mobs are found, thats tonights mission.</div>

the stats item on that chanter hat prolly suck. Every class have an hat that drop from a normal named mob, from an epic mob and form that quest... That's my guess because this quest, Blood of the Brood, give, as reward, a profession hat for every class. Considering the chanter one drop from a bixie and we saw a Fabled one on top...and the quest... there's 3 profession hat for every class...
