Did you inspect all your gear.  Mitigation is not innate, it is gear dependant.  Check the values on your gear.  Especially crafted gear, a lot of it got adjustments.  Jewelry got some major corrections, so things like AGI/STR will all be different then they were, thought his should affect your avoidance, not your mitigation.  I wouldn't be suprised however if other gear got an adjustment as well. This was all announced before the upgrade however.I didn't notice any particular drops in my stats, I'll check again as soon as I get my connection fixed.<div></div>
