Concealed presence -- level 40 ability

Juat hit level 40 and need some help as to which new ability to choose.Seems to me the best are concealed presence or the filth thing.Not sure what advantage concealed presence has over my normal sneak. The SOE description sucks. The filth agi boost and out of combat health regen would be nice.Which would YOU recommend? thanks<div></div>

<div></div>neither, conceal is a stationary stealth with no benefits over your normal stealth, filth is an out of combat buff, short duratiuon with a long recast, what are your other options?
