New Book in NFP?

<DIV>Not sure were this question should be asked, but in the Mage tower in NFP there is a new(??) book upstairs where you get writs from.  It is open and sitting on a small table.  The illustrations in it are from the opening story when you first create a character.   Also in SFP the broker there has a brand new stack of books sitting on the counter in front of him.   Are these new or did I sleep walk past them for the last 2 years?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
