Robe of the Oracle HQ Lore - *Spoilers*

<div></div>Did a search first about the lore of this quest, but didn't find the answers to my questions so I thought to start a new thread. Starting from a bit into the beginning of the quest you find that the crate carrying the robe was stolen by members of the Ebon Mask from Neriak, as written by Rikantus at the bottom of Nektropos Castle. From there you go to Fallen Gate where you find some notes written to 'Zannus' who apparently stole the robes for some Spurned members (the mages of House N'Mare and House J'Narus) and especially for one Tessa N'Mare. This is where my question about the lore comes in. Could Tessa N'Mare be related to Tani N'Mar from the Ebon Mask? He is the main guy down there in EQ1 and I noticed the familiarity of names during this quest. Through out the quest, it seems that Tessa N'Mare is constantly writing letters to 'Zannus', who's last name I can't find, so it seems she has some kind of relationship to him. Perhaps N'Mare is a descent from N'Mar? Not sure, but thought I would ask to see if anyone had ideas <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

The chest mentions his last name is K`Val.  There are two N`Mare NPC's found in EQ Neriak.  One is a merchant who sells necromancer spells, and the other is a wizard guildmaster.  I would be a bit surprised if it was the same family as the N`Mar's.  The letters indicate that Zannas and Tessa were both around around the Age of Turmoil as the letters seem to talk about the War of Fay.  That wouldn't make much sense for her to add an "e" on the end of the name.<div></div>

You're right there is, I didn't think of that. Not sure what the history of the Ascent is, I wonder if it's named after the same family line?
