OK - answered my own question.  The NPC is Morgalanth Tal`Raeloen  in Neriak Commons...found it on Allakhazam:<BR> <BLOCKQUOTE> <HR> You say, 'I want to craft the Spurned Initiate Sandals' <BR><BR>Morgalanth Tal`Raeloen says 'Vendui Branaddar, you will need to collect 2 Blood Drenched Cloaks, 2 Snake Scales, 1Ruined Bear Pelt and 2 bandages. Take this Sandal pattern that I have given you and place it in the closest loom along with your Bloodstained Cloth of the Spurned to craft Sandals of the Spurned Initiate.     It was one NPC in Neriak, that used some minor nuances of Drow, and was then removed by the devs because of it. So yes, Teir'dal are -still- not Drow.<div></div>
