Appearance of Leaders...

I don't know where to post this exactly even I knew this has been mentioned before as well.I just was thinking something really missing to tie down crowds of cities to themselves. Leaders...We don't see them, we don't talk to them except their statues. Norrath folk might seriously get in doubts if they ever exist or not, after that much silence.We would like to see Bayle walking in trees of Elddar or D'lere doing inspections with his guards and assists, while even Gods are showing themselves, it is mystery that leaders don't.Okay, I know some folks might not show their appriciation and respects to this leaders (as an example of /rude to Darth Vader in SWG) , however any disrespectful emote may be punished to leaders on their inspections (killed in Freeport, thrown out of Antonica in Qeynos etc.) I just want to say, we need more appearances to this great leaders, to feel more alligance to our cities. I know leaders got so much business, so much to do, but isn't public speeches or appearances also part of leadership to protect their respect or fear against them?

I have encountered Lucan D'Lere on a beta PvP server, and I must say, although it did not last very long, it was one of the neatest experiences I have had while playing.<img src="http://static.flickr.com/37/96381102_bc7aefdc00_o.jpg"><div></div>

<FONT color=#6633ff>I really like the first suggestions.  Let us see them randomly, but make it rare.  It can be a whole new little minigame, "OOH, Lucan sighting!"  Also, I love the punishment for disrespect ideas.  I can totally see Lucan calling the smack down on a peon who does a /rude.</FONT>
