Did I miss some lore on this?

Today I stepped out into Antonica to check from North Qeynos, and guess who I found?<img src="http://eq2.sg01.net/images/EQ2_000295.jpg">Isn't this guy supposed to be in front of the citadel in NQ? Well I went to check and he's no longer there.<img src="http://eq2.sg01.net/images/EQ2_000296.jpg">This kinda makes me wonder if we're going to be allowed to go inside in the near future...Soo, aside from that, did I miss the reason this guy was put outside, or is this something that went through unannounced?

He was moved to antonica because his repeatable quest takes place soley in antonica. The move was done for the sole reason of limiting the amount of zoneing new charachters had to do.<div></div>

That and probably moved also to lessen zone lag as they put the knights in front of the castle as well.

They could've at the very least have changed his quest-dialog. It's like completely unrelated now <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Eh his quest dialog isn't that bad, talking about journeying into the city, and reminding them they can't enter the citadel...  Doesn't look that off to me. Of course unless the second dialog tells you to go through the city gates and out into Antonica <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>
