Race lifespans?

I'm new to EQ2 again (tried it for a month but had to quit due to RL stuff), and I'm interested in trying some RP. Can someone tell me the average lifespans of the races? Specifically the elves, half elves, and ratonga? Sorry if this has already been posted. Thanks!
