Name: Immuno-System Perplexing (I. S. P.)Classification: Gnomish FluSeverity: Chronic BoutsSymptoms: Fainting, Nausia, Confusion, Anxiety, HallucinationTreatments: Best to spend the day in bed and hope it passes. There are a few medicinal and herbal treatments, such as berooting and practices of 'reconnecting', wich appears to be a mental meditation technique. Name: Lucid Dementia (L. D.)Classification: Shadow SicknessSeverity: On it's own, it's a brief and minor attack. It can, however, compound more advanced illnesses by recurring rapidly.Symptons: Fainting, Temporary Memory Loss, Hunger, Drowsiness, FatigueTreatments: Usually will be a brief and isolated attack. If it appears more frequently, contact a healer immidiately as it may be hiding more critical alements.Name: Crashing, CrashClassification: Physical/Mental StressSeverity: Rare and mild.Symptoms: Fatigue, General Achiness. Symptoms rarely surface until immidiately before the Crash.Treatment: Usually, a Crash is the result of the systems of the body being overworked or having a flaw. Usually, this is the result of overworking themselves. Sometimes their memory will be overworked. Perhaps, it may be the result of unkept bowels, and can be remedied with a good download.Name: Lag (Visual)Classification: Mental StressSeverity: Moderate, LingeringSymptoms: Dizziness, Confusion, Sluggishness, Head Aches, Soreness, Aggrevation.Treatment: Not to be comfused with Latency, Lag is often the results of one's visual settings being more than their mental proccessing can handle. Often, the simplest solution is to try to view the world more simply, pay less attention to the details. In more extreme cases, one may with to try to hone their mind, attempt to gather a larger memory or even wear corrective visual devices. I've heard that the Gnomish Excersice Force (G.E.Force) company and the Alliance for Techinical Ingenuety (A.T.I.) both have powerful optic assistance to offer.Name: Latency/Lag (Incorrectly called)Classification: Accute (Divine?) DisruptionSeverity: DangerousSypmtoms: Hallucination, Dementia, Visions, Confusion, Fatigue, Paranoia, Difficulty SpeakingTreatment: Not to be confused with milder Lag (Visual), Latency is a legendary alement that seems to sweep across the world, like a storm cell passing over whole regions at once. Many acredit it to the workings of Gods. The people in an area suffering from this oddity will often become delirious. They will see things, such as thinking others pass through walls, or whole portions of the world can seem to vanish before their eyes. This can be dangerous, especially if there is a risky task at hand, such as hunting or crafting. There is no cure or treatment, and one can only be patient and try to keep their mind clear and at peace until it passes.Sir Gannor P'Artak the ContenderElder Swordsman and Historian
Message Edited by Gannor on 07-28-2006 08:25 PM

That really awesome! Next time I see weird things like somebody else riding griffon together with me (totally freaked me out yesterday to see I am griffon-pooling), I shall just whisper to myself *it is just heavy case of Latency...pray to Tunare girl and hope it will pass*.

((Thank you for giving me RP explanations for those times when computer acts up. It was very funny too *giggles reading about Gnomish Exercise Force*))
