Any relation between the Nayad and the Shissar?

<DIV>I am going solely by appearances here (which is often a bad thing to do in the world of Everquest.)  But I have been wondering this ever since I first saw the artwork for the Fallen Dynasty.  Is there any relation between the Nayad (the half-women, half snake species) and the Shissar (half-torso with arms and a snake like head, half snake species that enslaved the Iksar for so long.)  I am still unfamiliar with the lore of the Nayad and I understand the Shissar largely recided in their temple on Luclin in EQ1 (brings back some raiding memories.)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But there might be a connection somewhere, im curious.</DIV>

My guess would be only if they (nayad) have roots from Emporer Atrebe as well.
