Another Mystery of Norrath..

Or more exactly.. a Mystery of Qeynos, South Qeynos.There are 2 odd things to me in South Qeynos that I've never seen explained. Does anyone know why/what/how?1) The moat around the tower of three.. it has a tunnel blocked by a padlocked gate.. its.. diffrent. Now it doesn't highlight so it could jsut be a cosmetic thing.. but still I've always thought it was odd.2) And then there is "the tree"The Tree is a large Tree right outside of the Mage Tower(s) in S. Qeynos. It DOES light up with little lightning bolts when you mouse over it, and in fact you can inspect it and you get back "Looks like this tree has good shade and id perfect for reading a book under" or there abouts.Now I'm totally aware that both of these things could be purely cosmetic, but then again....<div></div>

It seems like a vaguely did this quest, but It wasn't a part of the Welcome to Qeynos, Citizen book... I should know I did that thing at least 4 times before the revamp. No it's some other obscure newbie quest, but I can't remember which one for the life of me, and I haven't found it on any of my later alts, just my main, so maybe it was removed.<div></div>

<P>Yeah, it wasn't the book quest, the book quest, let me see if I remember it all correctly:</P> <P>Check out Qeynos Claymore Monument</P> <P>Talk to Erudite Collection guy</P> <P>Talk to guard up near castle</P> <P>Talk to Librarian in Tower</P> <P>Talk to Hral</P> <P>Visit Vhalen's Tower</P> <P>Talk to FSR chick</P> <P> </P> <P>Actually....I don't think they've changed it, but those are the places I had to go with my little Qeynosian gnome, and I've been playing since the day after launch.  Maybe it was for one of the class quests, like druid or something *shrugs*</P>
