Lore of the Citizens

<DIV>EverQuest 2 is very rich and deep with history, Lore, as well as Heritage ingame as well as in RL being alongside the great EverQuest 1.  However there is one thing that I must ask and that one thing is what lore is there behind the Citizens of the Citys?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There are many people in every single part of the City in Qeynos as well as Freeport.  I will have to get his name but there seems to be a new person running around South Qeynos with our only response being that we be excused.   Some of these people must have a great past to them that they keep hidden not allowing us to look at.  So far I have encountered 1 person within my travel in Norrath that currently resides in Qeynos.  That person is Pearl Honeywine who also seems to be the Author of the Lore and Legend book on Drakotas. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is there more lore behind people like Pearl as well as the other residents of these 2 great cities?</DIV><p>Message Edited by Amana on <span class=date_text>06-23-2006</span> <span class=time_text>06:45 PM</span>

<DIV>They're just citizens. People who lived here before us refugees started showing up. If they have a quest, then thats the lore related to them. Otherwise they are only just citizens.</DIV>

<DIV>Pearl was actually mentioned in some earlier L&L volumes as well, I believe, and didn't actually make an appearance until the Froglok quests were introduced.  Many humans bear surnames that tell of their relation to well known houses back in Everquest, such as Ironforge, and Elder Clurg wondering around Freeport.  Perhaps with some investigation, you might be able to find other descendants of well-known (or even not-so-well-known) people from Everquest.  Personally, it involves a lot more work than I'd be interested in investing at the moment.  I know that Freeport has taken to using latin sounding names, as did the Combine Empire (would have to search Katta Castellum and Sanctus Seru).  The tool I use to search for people in Everquest is <A href="http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/" target=_blank>Illia's Bestiary</A> on the <A href="http://everquest.allakhazam.com/" target=_blank>Allakhazam</A> Everquest website.  This website was THE source of EQ info in its day.  They even have a mob graveyard of mobs that have been taken out of game.  I used this site to find info on Vhalen Nostrolo.  I say, if your curiosity is piqued about these citizens, do some digging!  I'd love to hear what you find <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
