<DIV>I've noticed these two new NPC's in the Qeynos mage tower for a little while now. They say nothing if you hail them, but one of them spouts off automatic dialogue every few moments or so.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Augerer Ortasco doesn't say anything, but Augerer Vharlen says:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>"I'm sick of all this waiting.
