Something thats bugged me for a few months now, since i first passed the fearfiend in the sanctum as he talked to me about the claymore quests and that they followed Venekor here.i've yet to find any more info on why Venekor is in kingdom of sky, so i'd be interested in that...but what bugs me enough is how many times i've killed him to find him still hanging around and wanting another good kicking... do dragons ever give up?3 expansions down the line will he be following us there too?<div></div>

<P>Well Nagafen is still alive and look how many times he was killed in eq1. :p</P> <P>But the frogloks are free on every server, so according the lore doesn't that mean Venekor should now be dead?  Or was he just injured?</P>

<DIV>For once, I agree. I find it strange that a dragon would just suddenly be alive and waiting for us in Kingdom of Sky after all the trouble we went through to kill him to free the Frogloks in the first place.</DIV>

Consider how many times we die...and get resurrected...and die again...etc etc.  Who is to say that the mightiest creatures in Norrath are not cappable of the same things?

<P>I have to agree with the last poster. We revive and die, revive and die. Why can't they? I understand if it was a simple frog or gnoll that died. They don't have alot of power to be able to command or pray them selves back to life or back to a revive station. But a dragon is a VERY powerful creature. All dragons in game take at the least 12 people to kill if of even con. Now take that into consideration....</P> <P>Plus Venekor seems to have some holy or unholy mandate. I don't know what he is doing in KoS, I havent experianced much of KoS yet but in the old world he proclaims The Temple of Cazic Thule his own and makes the lizardman worship him(willfully or not..). So maybe someone or something is keeping him alive in order to keep some sinister plan going.</P>

<DIV>If you do a few quests in Temple of Scale - you can find Jalad'Dar and Fraka'Dar - they were part of a failed resurrection - could be possible he was resurrected.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Good question tho.</DIV>

ANyone know?

Deep into the Temple of Scale, you can find the shades of these 2 dragons. I'm not 100% sure if this is indeed a "failed" resurrection, or just a resurrection that isn't fully completed yet.

Thats why all the KoS dragons are quarelling with each other. They arn't even sure if Kerafyrm is even still alive anymore.

<DIV>Venekor is also the last guy in Halls of Seeing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There is a wounded Frog knight in front of the istance who does not give you too much info.. but it seems as though Vene is still hating on the frogs. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>The description of the Frogloks of Marr faction even says they're a band of frogloks who escaped venekor's grip and are slowly regaining thier freedom.</DIV>

<DIV>Does anyone have any specific information about how to finish the Proof of Resurrction quest in temple of scale?  I can't seem to find any information on it.  When my guild runs through the zone,  there isn't much time to look around as we are usually on a direct path to Harla Dar and at this point,  we rarely go in there.  If anyone know the steps to do this quest,  I would appreciate the info as I would like to complete the quest and get it out of my journal.</DIV>

You might have better luck checking in the Quest and Live Events section. <span>:smileywink:</span><div></div>

The instanced Lady Vox (summoned vox) was killable by four level 50s in the original game. Let's see...Darathar was beatable by less than 12 if you had half a day to kill him, also at level 50. I don't doubt that most of the other dragons from the original game were beatable by 11 or less if it was the perfect raid setup. Nowadays, I'm not so sure, but I do know the two examples above were definitely true, as I participated in those raids.<div></div>

<P>The very first raid against Vox on Tarew Marr, (when the top end was still 50), was a 90+ player raid by three guilds as I recall; (I did not take part).  Result:</P> <P>Total party wipe.</P> <P>We have come a long long way in terms of raid skills and levels since then.</P>
