Im infront of Barber Whiskerwuzzle right now and hes not letting me buy the Shave and a Cut item to change my look... any1 know why im not able to do so? FYI my char is a lvl 70. <div></div>

First of all, wrong forum.Secondly, you have to use up any remaining appearance changes (both SOGA and regular) before you can purchase a new one.<div></div>
