The Blue Water In KOS

heyasi see we have alot of lore experts hereiv always wondered what the blue liquid stuff is thats in a few zones in KOSsuch as SOS and BMiv noticed it on the eggs of droags (i think thats what it is)anyone know? <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>
