So I like to role play... however I have a bit of an issue. Because I want to get into the experience, I don't use the music. I like to make it feel somewhat realistic. However, SoE hasn't put much in without music. For example, if I'm in the tradeskill instance, it would be nice to hear grinding, boiling, and hammering in the background. If I turn off the music, it's virtually silent unless I'm on the job. It's kinda weird. I realize that it could be difficult to implement all that but it's just a suggestion. Ya know, real life sounds that could be turned on and off for those who wanna nullify music and go with sound effects ( and also considering those whose systems can't run all that sound.)<div></div>
Hmm there *should* be an ambient sound volume setting in there. I know I was going through Nektulos one day with the music off and it was really creepy due to hearing what sounded like screams off in the distance.Ah yes there it is, in the sound settings it's the 2nd to last thing there over interface volume. Double check the ambient volume levels.<div></div>

You, my friend, are a genius dressed up as an average person. <div></div>

<DIV>Some of the best ambient noise is in the Bar of Brell. If you haven't done so already, just go in there for the music and atmosphere. Very rowdy tavern-ish.</DIV>
