What are bixies?

<div>Ok despite my amazing amount of lore knowledge the only thing I can think of for bixies are big bees created by some god somewhere. Anyone care to fill me in as I ponder them?</div><div> </div><div>:smileyindifferent:</div>

<div></div>In EQ1 bixies were about the size of bees (in EQ2 they seem to be on steroids, or maybe it's a difference in perspective from Barbarian in EQ1 to Ratonga in EQ2) and it was commonly believed, at least in my circle of friends, that they were a cross between bees and pixies. In EQ2 both mob types seem to be much bigger so maybe they still are a cross bred mob of some sort.

<div></div>Actually they were the same size until KoS, in the Drafling tower in RV you are actually shrunken down and then enter the hive, in KoS though, there are some freaky super-mutant bees.

They were about the size of a Pixel on your screen...</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>And as described through the lore in the game, they somehow just... magically transformed into the Bixies we see today sometime over the last 500 years.</p>

<div>Yeah there were a bunch of them in Plane of Mischief. I think it would be a safe bet that Bristlebane created both the Halflings and the Bixies to cause mischief with each other.</div>

I couldnt agree more.  I used to love watching people try to find the right tree to gate out..Man that was a hoot..And the castle there...Priceless...I enjoyed that plane more then most.<div></div>
