<DIV>As far as I can see, here is the breakdown for horses:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Steppes pony: A pony bred in the thunderign steppes for work and pleasure riding</DIV> <DIV>Halasian Draft Horse: A very strong workhorse used by Barbarians</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Misty Mustang- Wild horses of the Misty Thicket(enchanted Lands) that were tamed.</DIV> <DIV>Karana Planestrider- A swift, long distance horse that went far afield over the great Karana plains that they shared with the centaur.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Eldaarin Charger: A great war steed that the elven people thundered into battle on smashing down foes.(though in EQ2, it looks more like the cute girl next door of the horse world)</DIV> <DIV>Rujarkian Clydesdale: (edit) From the far Rujarkian Hills, this rare horse lived in the shadows of orc control retaining the wholesomeness of it's race.  Now this swift and rare horse bears now the wealthiest and most powerful norrathians to battle its ancient foes.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Tar~Palantir on <span class=date_text>07-24-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:44 PM</span>

<DIV>The Rujarkian Hills were to the West of the Desert of Ro and to the South of the Commonlands.  During the Age of Turmoil they were controlled by some very special, very mean orcs... I don't know if they used horses for anything.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <BLOCKQUOTE dir=ltr> <DIV> <HR> Eldaarin Charger: A great war steed that the elven people thundered into battle on smashing down foes <HR> </DIV></BLOCKQUOTE> <DIV>ROFL, yeah right.</DIV><p>Message Edited by troodon311 on <span class=date_text>07-24-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:00 AM</span>

<P>You probably play a dwarf.</P> <P> </P> <P>You do have a point about elves in this game, LotR portrayed them as glorious and strong. Here they got the looks, but have nothing to back it up.</P>

For the iksar, i think they should ride a small, un-winged dragon. Sort of like the worm dragons in ancient chinese lore.

A lizard mount for Iksar would fit right in I think, but now we are talking racial mounts and more models etc... <div></div>

<DIV>This forum really has a factual cornerstone, but then ltos of speculations.  They seem to atleast be logical, because i think the people who come here have a mark of intelligence(ie imagination).</DIV>
