<DIV>I chose Cazic-Thule for RP purposes - I play an Iksar and say "praise Cazic!" when I /em cheer someone, so it seemed like a natural choice <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

i went with innoruuk for my rat, power siphon proc on the cloak seemed nice. there is also a power siphon blessing and a few tastey miracles too.might consider changing at a later date, but seemed a good choice.

i play a troll defiler and am wondering the same thing...which god to pick. I'd rather just kinda pick one with fun type abilitys that might be useful too. To be honest i dont rememebr what gods Trolls cold worship in eq 1 so i dunno if for rp purposes i can pick one yet (hah if someone could inform me thatd be great.) but also is there a forum with a list of all the gods and blessigns and miracles?<div></div>

<div></div>I chose Cazic for RP purposes. But, if I had to give mechanical reasons, the pets are pretty nice, and the immunity to fear buff is also nice. I think most defilers are picking innorruk though, with a few exiling and picking Tunare. EDIT: Troll Shaman in EQ1 worshipped Cazic. The SK's worshipped Innoruk (they were the closest of allies with the Darkelves) and the warriors worshipped Rallos. If you were looking for RP purely, Cazic would be most likely, but the other two 'evil' gods would make sense, I mean, your parents could have both been warriors or SK's and raised you to worship their deity, rather than the cultural norm.<div></div><p>Message Edited by Macibaru on <span class=date_text>12-15-2006</span> <span class=time_text>07:47 AM</span>

Ahh thanks, i do believe im going with Cazic though. i dont really care what abilities it gives me, just as if they are kinda a fun thing to have. if all the healers are going tunare...i dont want tunare...unless i was a woodelf. I dont beleive that itll give me any class defining abilities so no biggie.<div></div>

<P>I went with Innoruuk for the purpose of Minions of Evil.</P> <P>With those additional 4 pets our AA line procs off of those as well. So basically you have 5 pets proccing instead of 1 for 10 minutes. Only down side if your Dog dies so does the AA line even if the minions are up.</P> <P> </P>

Cazic has a 4 pet proc too, just for reference.<div></div>

<DIV>I chose Inny, 10% added to heals for 10 mins is nice on raid bosses.</DIV> <DIV>I also like tendrils. These two little pets in one min can put out A LOT of dps.</DIV> <DIV>Nice to whip out when that added bit is needed. =) </DIV> <DIV>I am happy with him, didn't try CT yet.</DIV>

Chose Inny because my EQ1 troll shaman also worshipped Inny. Troll Shaman in EQ1 could choose between Cazic and Inny.<div></div>

I took Inny...however I never use miracles or use my cloak even, because it is not that great. Compared to the Tunare cloak, the evil healers did not have much to choose from. I am waiting for a better cloak to drop on a raid <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

How do I start the quest line to get a God to follow or a link to another post? I am a Rat Defiler lvl 15 currently but after playing many Alts to lvl 20 I have found my new profound love. Now I Just want to make sure I am on the right track and start the quests as soon as I can. I plan on going Inny from what I have read. Thanks for your information.

The quest starter for Inny is located under/near the Combine Spires in Greater Faydark. I'm not sure what level you need to be to start the quest series, but something tells me it's around level 20?!?

Wow so by the level 70 i should be under the protection of some god is what your saying? I hope you get something worthwhile from each step if it takes you ten levels to move to the next step :smileymad:

I did my god quests at level 70, so I'm not sure if there is a step progression to the tiers. It would make sense as the zone in each tier seemed to move progressively by the aforementioned 10 levels or so. I took Innoruk, the tier 5 miralces are nice for raiding (basically unlimited power, and the group DOT/heal is nice for those oh crap moments at the end of a long fight when the mob just needs to die and you are spamming everything you've got. (I tend to save both for really hard fights, I've used the heal spell when versus Shredder proceeded by my Soul ward and it really seems to help at the end of that fight when god only knows who is going to get summoned next.) <div></div>

<DIV>I'm also not sure what god to choose. When it comes to gods, I dont give a hoot about roleplay - I want something practical.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Oh, and the minimum level for the first god quest is 25 I belive.</DIV>

The second quest series is for level 30 (or 35), it gives you access to the next set of miracles and a jump in faction. The third is for level 54 (this is the one I am working on now), I think it gives you the second altar. The 4th is for level 60 something and I think that's when you get the cloak. It isn't quite tiered, as it skips the 40s, but it's close.</div>

Sure, we normally don't have power problems, but if you don't have to take time to cast shards/hearts/hat/canni because your cloak is proccing power, isn't that a benefit? Additionally, with the final Blessing up, every debuff NETS you power, great for mobs that power drain, or if you die, or somehow just run out of power. And the final Miracle is an emergency instant cast HoT with a 10k DoT - nothing shabby about that!Note that even the "summoned limited pets" can do 50 to 100k damage on a named fight in my experience. If every member of your raid had one of these that did 50k damage even, you would have over a million damage done by Inny God abilities alone.</div>

depending on the raid I've had many times where manstone, cannibalize and hearts, and whatever else I could think of were down.....I always keep an eye on my power on a raid. I haven't seen this cloak yet because I've still been debating on what god to choose but if it helps my power more than just something like +25 that I've seen on the player crafted ones I'm all for it.<div></div>
