emergency group wards

has any one else noticed that since the update my emergency group ward dosent seem to be working at all <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> also the crystilized line still dosent proc T-T<div></div>

my emergency group wards are working today i dont know if i was just bugged last night or if the update today fixed them silently :O<div></div>

<P>This is a very stupid question, but what lvl is the emergency group ward and is there a single emergency group ward?  With the official SOE spell line page down I have found it very difficult to know exactly what  spells we get at what lvl. </P> <P> If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.</P>
