Level 10 Training

<div>Hey folks, I just made a defiler and got it to level 10, and for the level 10 training I got +3.0 % for WIS or INT (cant remember which). Should I have chosen something else? Is there a way to rechoose? and What level do I get Wailing Haze?</div><div>Thanks for your time.</div>

WIS would be the way to go...and wailing haze is a mystic spell.Arrowl<div></div>

<div>a lot of guides list wailing haze because defilers used to get it.  Just rememeber that those guides are dated if they list it.</div>
