Armor at level 40

<div>I'm starting to outgrow my armor quest pieces, but am having difficulty finding replacements.  In particular I could use chest and feet, but any general ideas about armor are welcome.  I'm level 40, with 146 wisdom, and 2100 power self-buffed.  I'm just not seeing anything for sale, so any good dropped or quested ideas would be great.  Thanks!</div>

The player crafted Ebon chainmail is pretty good at level 40.  It seems to be difficult to find chain armor with good WIS stats on it, and T5 seems to be the last tier where most of the chainmail does have WIS on it.  In T6, I think only 3 of the chaimail armor pieces do.<div></div>
