View Full Version : How much extra DPS, and a new dog illusion?

Since power when solo'ing has never been an issue, I'm interested to see how much of an increase in our imprecation line we got damage wise.  With that, Defile, and the increased attack speed on our pet solo'ing might not be nearly as mind numbing as it was until now.I'm also curious as to what our new pet looks like since the patch notes say "different then the mystic".  Since I'm the only high level Defiler in our guild it will be nice not to have pets exactly like our mystics <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span><div></div>

Aside from it disappearing immediately, I'm disappointed with the new look.  The spirit wolf was unique, even if we did share it with mystics.  This is just a boring wolf, wardens get whole packs of them.If they don't have the resources to give us a real new graphic, I would have much preferred a pet hyena like all the ones roaming Freeport (I think this would have been more defilerish, too).<div></div>

<div></div>I for one will be glad that it is no longer a "Ghost" wolf, for those shaman on the PvP servers, this stupid pet stands out like a beacon on the landscape.  White on a dark background is brutal for avoiding your enemies, so most of the time I leave it disabled.  The problem is that there is no way I am summoning once engaged.<p>Message Edited by JoePa on <span class="date_text">03-24-2006</span><span class="time_text">02:54 AM</span></p>

Pet is definite bugged. I need to cast at least 5 times before the pet will stay.<div></div>

The despawning bug is fixed now.  However I agree about the look.  Woopty fricken do if it's not a ghost.<div></div>
