In an admittedly small sample of a few hours of gameplay last night, I could not find a single instance of this spell going off =/Has anyone actually seen this spell line work, ever?<b></b><div></div>

<div>I always put it on mobs, because I hand out the heal things, but yeah, I've never seen it actually go off, do mob damage, or give a message that it did mob damage.  Yes, I cast it on mobs that heal.</div><div> </div><div>It isn't supposed to process as I recall (not looking at spell description atm), it is supposed to damage a mob for a certain amount based on mob healing.</div>

<div></div>I got this spell as master back when it was a master 1 reward for shimmering citadel access. Tried it a few times on the prophet guy for the dof heritage thats a templar mob and it didnt proc once in the whole fight where i had him use his entire power pool before i killed him. Since i havnt had it on my hotbar at all. And those soul thingies are just not worth my time when i have things to do like watching the grass grow.

<div>It's sad too, because it's one of those atypical spells which could be pretty cool, but  the game is designed in such a way that makes it marginally useful even if it did work properly.<span></span></div>

Are u talking about this line of spells or?<span><blockquote><hr>Sostrows wrote:<font color="#ffffcc">57 - Crystalize Spirit: Debuff (not replaced) (base amounts + INT bonus)</font><font color="#ffffcc"></font><font color="#ffffcc">   A1: </font><font color="#ffffcc">30% chance to DD 267-326 a target when the target gets healed</font><font color="#ffffcc"></font><font color="#ffffcc">   A3: </font><font color="#ffffcc">30% chance to DD 311-380 a target when the target gets healed</font><font color="#ffffcc"></font><font color="#ffffcc"> </font><font color="#ffffcc">  M1: 30% chance to DD 356-435 a target when the target gets healed</font><b></b><div></div><hr></blockquote>If u are then this is my experience of it, I always use it on spam healin mobs and it does make a difference atleast for me, Last time I used it was when me and 3 other 60+ did Cauldron Hollow for the Ghouldbane heritage quest, during the ring event u fight named with two healing helpers and this spell helped us kill the mobs faster. another example when it was very usefull was when I did  the Speak as a Dragon quest, I was doing the access to the lower lvls in Obelisk of Lost soul. one of the named u need to kill is The Harbinger who spam heals. I wouldn't have been able to solo him without this spell since it helped me prevent many of the heals he did. Don't think the proc rate is 30% as stated above here but it does make a difference for me.Oh perhaps I should finish to say if this is not about the spell I've spoken about ignore what I just said <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></span><font color="#ffffcc"></font><div></div>

<div><span>Proc rate was increased to 50%. I will continue to parse and will definitely continue to report  back whether it's proccing,.</span></div>

<div></div><div>Like many of our spells, I've been disappointed in this line.</div><div> </div><div>It might be that we never see the "proc" because the damage it does never actually overcomes the heal... it just reduces it.  So a heal that would have been for 500hp would instead land for 200 or so.  No direct damage, just a smaller heal.  But I haven't noticed this.  If it IS working like this, then they should put in a message or a visual effect when it procs so we know when it worked.</div><div> </div><div>The resultant soul orbs... none of my tanks ever wants to fart around with them.  And honestly, 1 hit of Putrid Balm will do about the same thing and without the trade window.  During raids, my MT hardly has the time to bind another hotkey to the soul orb for the shot of juice it gives.</div><div> </div><div> </div>

But I do give it to tanks as well.Don't see why anyone wouldnt want it. If u link it to a hotbar u wont have to look for it in ur inventory, so it's very easy to use and beside it wont be any different then havng all the summoned manastones some classes give out. (dont remember the classes that make them or what they are called <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> ) I see it as a complement to my normal heals, and if used effeciently it can prevent a total disaster in those cases things start to go bad</span><span></span></div>

I have seen this proc on mobs but not nearly as much as it should.  I'm not sure why if its some bugged coding that only identifies certain spells from the mob as heals. When it does proc, i see a damage # come off mob parallel to the mob heal #.  Kinda tough to spot sometimes.  If the mob uses a HOT, it procs on the spell so I see a damage proc on each heal of the HOT.I give out item to my melee DPS especially who tend to take damage meleeing EPICs and tanks.<div></div>
