<div></div><div></div><div><font size="2">  I just thought i'd throw this up since alot of whats been posted has been mixed with rants often as not.   In the spirit of being constructive, any ideas to help make this spell "define" our class are welcome.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">Yes it's understood that the spell is in beta but even so, i wouldn't call it class defining based on the description.    </font></div><div><font size="2">  A compiled list of ideas on our forum would be easier for the Devs than sifting through multiple threads.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2"> Sostrows & Broom, had a good idea in fine tuning the spell &  i think i read a couple more but i really liked   Dresden Malicasters idea & sorta ran with it.   ( not that it'll ever happen but ya never know )</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">Defile (lvl 65) ~ Stat Debuff that transfers 50% of the debuff value to the group.  </font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">   Since it's an AoE it couldn't be too powerful so...</font></div><div><font size="2">The dmg. would remain the same & scale as the spell description states.   </font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">For every 25 % of a mobs health, the dmg. would increase 100 %.    (as would the heal component )</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">M1 = 16 % AoE slow & DPS debuff.    16 % AoE  debuff to   wis..str..agi..int.    50% of that value would be transferred to the entire group for a 36 sec. buff.   </font></div><div><font size="2"> 8% haste.   8% Dps increase to each individual.    and 8% of mobs debuff value  to wis/str/agi & int.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">The Dmg would start at a 70 Dot converted to a 35 group heal/ward, per tic.  100-75%</font></div><div><font size="2">75-50% = 140 DoT...70 group heal/ward               50-25% = 280 DoT...140 group heal/ward</font></div><div><font size="2">25 % and under= 560 dot & a 280 group heal/ward per tic.   ( every 4 seconds for 9 tics max.)</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">A3 would be a 12% AoE debuff converted to a 6% increase for the group.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">A1...8% debuff converted to a 4% increase for the group.  The dmg would have to be adjusted accordingly of course.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">I think that would be hitting all aspects of what Defilers are "supposed" to do, based on our class description.  It would be using the enemy to aid us & our ally's...     " Defile "</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">This would also help to equal the playing field for us not feeling maximized if we're not in the MT group.</font></div><div><font size="2">We would be equally wanted in a DPS group for raids.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">Just an idea...feel free to pick it apart or post your own.</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2">~ Retired 60 Defiler ~</font></div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><div><font size="2"></font> </div><p><font size="2">Message Edited by MalkorGodchyld on <span class="date_text">02-17-2006</span><span class="time_text">08:01 AM</span></font></p><p>Message Edited by MalkorGodchyld on <span class="date_text">02-17-2006</span><span class="time_text">08:06 AM</span></p>
