It should be easy enough still to get max wisdom in group setup without worrying about rings. Change those wis rings in for Stamina.

STAMINA = Longer life for the defiler.

How does those rings stack up? like can i wear 2 wis rings and have 2 chances to proc the effect and if so can i have 2 effects procced at the same time for twice the effect?

I haven't really tested it (don't have 2 of the same ring atm), but the rings do not put any buff icon up (i.e. gleam of wisdom) when you equip it. So I would assume they proc independently of another but not sure about if 2 procs could stack at one time.

I simply cannot understand the ways developers think. 1st they change imbued rings so they have permanent effects in LU19., so an imbued WIS ring gives you 31wis. Probably after that they realize that 31wis is going to be more than maybe the best pieces of T7 fabled jewelry, plus people who have fabled rings right now are of course mad and bombarding devs with angry feedback. So now they change it to 3% proc. Lets say you have 2 WIS rings and their procs stack (which I doubt). So basically, you have 6% chance to have your WIS and skills to be increased in combat? Who on earth needs that? Who gonna waste a pearl on such a noob ring? How many beneficial spells you cast when you are the single healer in group? Single ward, group ward, sometimes heals, what else? Do you think you gonna see that ring proc more often than once per 2 days? And if you are healing in a raid, and spamming wards and heals, is a 45 sec 22WIS buff useful at all? Ok, skills increase could make us fizzle less and resist less on raid mobs, but 3% chance? This is ridiculous. What those people think with? Why make castable rings, then make permanent rings, then change them to proc rings? Why couldnt we have either a 3% ring with an uber effect, or a 10% ring with less uber effect? Can anyone on this planet explain me devs logic?Shamaxaon60 Defiler of XanaduRunnyeye server

ROFL look at the bllody duration. 45 sec.

why do I use a wis buff? To increase my max power pool. 45 sec will do nothing. And it has to be done in a fight since it is a reactive proc so my pool is already below max.

As a 60 jeweler I am 100% sure I will never be making one of these rings for anybody. If I do I will laugh at them while I craft it.

While 2% is crap, it had to be changed. As a jeweler i make lots of other jewelry as well for others, which all ave the same stats as a ring that isn't imbued. I'm sure ill keep making them after this change, although a bit less.

I just don't get it, if they don't like the perma buff effect and think it's too overpowered - then change it back, simple as that!

I hate this proc idea, I bet it won't proc with wards and 45 seconds is so pathetic even if it does. I don't think I will wear mine anymore - shame with this change they don't let us un-attune them so we can sell the useless things back.

honestly when a crafted ring was better than a fabled one of the same tier there was bound to be a nerf.

The agility one looks nice enough with its haste buff added

I don't disagree that in current for they are overpowered. Well if you think an extra 22 is overpowering.

I think this change is just silly. They go from overpowered to worthless.

I think a better solution would be to reduce the amount of stat buff if they think it is too high and eliminate stacking.

Or make it so all imbues for all classes can mix and match. i.e. a ring could have a heal proc and a BP could have a INT buff. Then eliminate any stacking and only allow one of each effect. If 22 is still too high then drop it to ten and move t5 to 8 and t7 to 12 etc.

1-3% chance of proccing to increase my power pool for too short a time to refil it is wasting all the work they put into imbue in the first place.
