Do AS and DPS lowerings stack or is there a max limit?

<div></div>Yes, all of these attacks are stacking and working in that kind of combination.

<div></div>Yep those all stack.  There is a Cap of 50 %.  So if your grouping make sure you figure out what they are keeping up, that way you aren't waisting power keeping up un necisary buffs.  Almost all classes have some type of DPS / attack decreasing spell so with 2 in a group you should be able to hit the cap.
