Weopon Mastery - how much skill bonus at 70?

The ability is listed as +3.6 piercing/crushing skill... but is this the bonus at level 10? does anyone know if it scales up at higher levels?Thank you.<div></div>

I figure there is little point developing a melee Mystic if you can't land those attacks :smileysurprised:   +63 sounds like a very solid bonus toward that end!
