Master 3 or 4?

Hail all,I keep reading how some spells can be gotten as Master 3 or 4 through rare drops and hard quests, but I've never seen it. Do any spells like this exist? If so how/where can I start this quest or get the items for them? Anyone know what's going on with this, thanks!<div></div>

Master I is the most advanced version of any spell that drops.Master II is, for all intents and purposes, identical to Master I.There is nothing more beyond M2.<div></div>
