AOE debuffs?

Hi, I am trying to find out which priest has AOE debuffs to help a SK or Zeker in their AOE damage? Is that the mystic or perhaps the defiler that has the AOE debuffs??<div></div>

One of those debuffs is an encounter attack speed slow, the other is an encounter stamina/elemental-resist/poison-resist debuff. <div></div>
