<DIV>Only spell I use macros for is Bolster. We raid with 2 mystics so it helps to coordinate them, keeping the MT at 15-16k for about 1 minute or so.</DIV>
<P>I did macros for all my buffs + dog:</P> <P>Macro 1: Runic Aegis & Umbral Mettle</P> <P>Macro 2: *target self* Foretelling & Ursine Augur</P> <P>Macro 3: *target MT* Avatar & Foretelling</P> <P>Macro 4: Summon Spirit Companion & Spiritual Foresight</P> <P>Macro 5: /pet backoff & Aura of Haste & Aura of Warding</P> <P>(if these sound like Banditman's it's because I copied what he posted awhile ago... it's burried in here someplace)</P> <P>I have my mighty mighty nuke/HO macro & a DoT/HO macro... I respec'd recently to use Ritual again and should probably set up a macro for that one, too.</P> <P> </P> <P>Oh, and I have a macro to remove all my gear from rings, wrists, etc, so I can quickly put on resist gear sets (which are hotbarred) and not run into the annoying thing w/replacing the same ring over and over.</P> <P> </P>

<P>My pet summon and buffs are on macros. My bolster is on a macro. My rital is on a macro with both heals incase one fizzles the other goes through.</P> <P> </P> <P>I also have umbral attendant on macro with oberon barrier.. seems to work real well on single mobs only... thats the key for that marco to work well imo. </P>

Hmmm, I have always had problems with the /target /usea macros. It seems that they always end up casting before the target gets switched, even when the target line is first. Then once casting is under way, my target will change, but the target for the spell is already locked in. <div></div>
<DIV>Aside from the buffing/pet summoning/bolster announcing stuff that was already mentioned, I set up two macros for mob debuffing, since I am lazy and two buttons is less than 4.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/usea XXX of the Ancients</DIV> <DIV>/usea XXX Soul</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>and</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/usea eidolon</DIV> <DIV>/usea XXX haze</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The two grouped spells have the same duration, so they always have to be recast at the same time. Just one less thing to keep track of. </DIV> <DIV>I also have a group debuff macro, but don't use that one quite as much. </DIV><p>Message Edited by Terq on <span class=date_text>10-30-2006</span> <span class=time_text>08:46 AM</span>

It's the title of the macro to remind me who to target. :smileywink:

Rezzes for echo to raid and/or groupDI line (can't remember the name)Thats about it, although I occasionally dust off some macros that are in the macro window but not on the bar if they are needed:/tell Conjuror need shard, 1m til next refresh... same thing for a necro/tell mystic2 torpor up, start your cast in 10s (yes I know it stacks... spike prevention is paramount at times)As far as spells, I don't macro any together, although I could see where it might be smart with buffs (esp. dog). I never want two debuffs falling off at once, so therefor it makes no sense for me to macro them together. Also there are some encounter specific macroes I use.<div></div>

<DIV>I love macros. Here is my macro secret ...dont tell anyone <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>MT heal key:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/target Maintank</DIV> <DIV>: ; usea ward ; usea fast heal ; usea heal ; usea torpor</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I use this as an emergency. This way the tank does not die because of a timer not being reset. I spam it sometimes till the target's health is stable. I actually have 2 of those. The second is for an off tank or our favorite warlock that I want to try and keep alive.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Nuke Key: The same theory as the one above just all my nukes lined up so that something is always casting ( never realized how fast Words of force resets till I set this up). This one you have to play with because the pox line re-sets before the full duration of the dot is complete. I also have the /pet attack command tied to the nuke key so that my dog looks for the correct target every time I start dps.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>/pet attack</DIV> <DIV>: ; usea wrath of grey ; usea cold dot ; usea words of force </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just using that alone will allow you to perma cast if you dont want to bother throwing in the pox dot.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have debuffs set up also. one key for my sta debuffs so i can get them off first, then my dps debuff key</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>YES I AM LAZY!! I dont use the idiot keys all the time but they definately work</DIV>
