Mitigation isn't really a "stat" in the true sense.The raising of the "mitigation" cap isn't really all you might think.  I think some further reading of available material would benefit your understanding of the upcoming changes.To wit:  It has been in no way stated that Priest mitigation buffs will now stack.<div></div>
