<DIV>I have a 20ish mystic and I ran out of drink the other night while grouped.  I thought I could summon stuff to my level but the summon food or drink spell summons like level 0 or 1 stuff.  3 regen on power isn't much at 20.  Does this spell have an upgrade and if not why doesn't it scale?  I spent very little time in T1 and didn't use up all my newb provisions.  I just don't see the spell being of use which is a shame because it would be nice to summon stuff when your out.</DIV>

<DIV>No upgrade to that set.  Honestly, they should just remove those.  They are of no use when you could use them because of the supply you are given.  And as you have noticed, are of no use later.  They can't do too much with this line either as they have an entire tradeskill class dedicated to supplying such things.</DIV>

yeah, sadly by the time you get the spell it's already pretty much pointless.... although it is fun to randomly load people down with useless food/drinks while they're not paying attention.

Then why not make it scale?  I think the food/drink provided by merchants is far inferior to that which is player made.  If they have the spell in the game, it should scale so as not to be pointless.  The stuff could be equivalent to the merchant sold food/drink which aren't really all that good.  They could come in handy though so you don't have to ask others for food/drink when you run out.  Just to tie you over and such.
