Just a side note, if you solo a lot, dump 8 points into wisdom 3 AP. Your dps will go up by quite a bit. Best part is it allow you to win marathon battle with heroic named.

Where are these rumors coming from if not from the Devs? What else are they looking at?

Haven't heard anything myself.

- What's being screamed for by the Mystics and ignored currently?

I saw that. So if the stat cap was raised then Mystics would be pretty much solidly tuned?

No. Raising the stat cap is a band aid fix. They need to address itemization which makes stat buffs irrelevant or make the buffs more insulated against itemization trivializing them.

- What quest/gear is it absolutely essential that I should have done by level 30-40?
This would include clickies or potions I should get. A friend of mine made me a breastplate with an imbue (Aug?) on it that gives a 20% chance per hit of proccing a 35 hit point per tick regen buff... that sounds like a big deal to me for when I grab accidental aggro? He also made me a buckler with some sort of damage proc when I get hit. Nothing else like this springs to mind?

If you are actually "trying" to level just get whatever armor you can cheaply until you get up above L65. All of the things you are talking about are just crafted items. Nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary.

That would probably be imbued Mastercrafted gear. If only crafted upgrade quick if you want to solo more than rarely. The better your gear, the more you can take on solo or even in groups, and the better gear you can get. And loot to buy still more stuff. By DoF (level 50) if not earlier there are the "instance zones" that can each be done once a day and combine high XP with loot and some better than crafted items. They are also more fun than standing there pulling crows or cylops or whatever one after another.

- If I got bored and wanted to make an Alt, what class is overpowered and broken?

I read in a thread someone make a comment like "Well we won't be soloing any Orange Heroic ^^'s like some other classes" but they didn't elaborate on what class. What class can solo Orange Heroic ^^'s? That would qualify as a broken and overpowered class to me.

I'm not aware of any class at high level able to solo orange heroics. With a great deal of patience an Enchanter can solo single yellow Heroics. With a lot of Master / Ad3 spells a Summoner can solo single yellow Heroics, but at extreme risk to themself.

Thanks again,

Rayche

Message Edited by Gojirax on 08-31-200601:34 PM
